By default, prizes will be couriered using a commercial parcel delivery service ,and will be fully insured. If you happen to be near our base in Hertfordshire we may arrange to drop the prize off to you personally or you can always collect it.

Yes! As a new business the thing that will prove us is customer reviews. Once we have our first draws we hope to get some winners testimonials up. So we will NOT be cancelling or extending the draws. If we only sell a handful of tickets then we'll make a loss on the prize... but that's the risk you take when you set up a business! So these first draws might be the best odds! Good luck and may the odds be ever in your favour!!

This is a new venture for us as at January 2024. We aim to bring you the possibility of owning an amazing guitar for less than the price of a cup of coffee. We may be new, but we are committed to making this the best site of its kind in the UK, bringing you incredible guitars on a regular basis. 

Strangely, this is a legal requirement. As these are prize draws, not lotteries, there has to be a demonstration of skill, judgement or knowledge to qualify as a prize draw, and not therefore be a lottery of gambling. Only those who answer the question correctly will be entered into the prize draw itself.

If you answer the question wrong, you will not be able to be entered into the draw to win the prize. But don't worry, you pay for your entry after you have chosen the answer you want to gove, so if you are not sure you do not have to enter the draw!

Tune in to our live prize draws and you'll see! Essentially, we take all the correct entries, assign them a number on a spreadsheet and then use google random number generator to choose the winner. So, if there are 999 correct entries to a prize draw, we will set google random number generator to choose a number between 1 and 999 and it chooses the winning number. You see all of this live on our prize draw stream.

There are two ways. You can either tune in to the live draw on Facebook / You Tube or, if you cannot make that, we contact each prize winner using the contact details they provide us. So we will email you or call you after the prize has been decided.

No. We are a legitimate business based in the UK, run by people who love guitars. We have owned amazing guitars over the years and think our business meets a need - bring others the guitars they love, for very little cost, in a prize draw. As we get some history we will post pictures and testimonials from our winners. We hope that you will be one of our winners - our Super Troopers!
